I've been getting quite a number of emails recently asking about work placements with Engine Comics from students with an interest in comics. Though that's very flattering, people obviously haven't read the FAQ properly. Engine is a nonprofit co-operative comprised of many individuals, and there are no offices, besides my studio, to get a placement at. But thanks for thinking of us anyway.

Just a reminder that at the moment I am unable to read any unsolicited scripts for new comics, series or short stories, and instead would redirect you to our links page to check out some of the other great UK publishers who may be looking for new material. On the other hand I am in need of artists to fulfil outstanding scripts, so please read the SUBMISSIONS FAQ and get in touch.
