The Fusion Zero anthology was the first title released by Engine Comics back in 2000, a 40 page black and white A4 format anthology given away free at comic shops and conventions, which set the ethos for the future. Positive feedback from that issue sparked off the Engine Comics line, giving new up and coming creators a place to experiment, take risks and develop their talents, just as the editor developed working relationships with printers, distributors and retailers, with production quality improving issue by issue. The experience from creating Fusion was instrumental in producing the Rough Guide to Self Publishing , which has been described as an “essential read" for anyone looking to produce their own comics.
Below you'll see covers in descending order of issues to date, and by clicking on the covers you can find preview artwork, information on the strips and creators featured, and ordering details. Fusion continues to welcome submissions from writers and artists, and creators can read our SUBMISSION DETAILS to find out how to contribute.
